FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Our role is to help people recover their lost or stolen items/animals easily, quickly and efficiently, worldwide.

TROBIK's system allows private communications (chat) between the person who has published an object/animal with the person who has found it.

The creation of a user account is necessary so other users can contact you privately in the event that your object/animal has been found.

User account data will NOT be public or visible to anyone. Only the nickname you have chosen will be displayed.

Communication between two people will be via an internal chat.

1. Create your user account
2. On a computer: Click Publish object in the menu at the top right of the web or in the home page slider click Publish.
3. On Mobile: Open the top left menu and click Publish Object or click Publish on the home button.
4. Complete the application form
5. In the last VISIBILITY box, choose the PUBLIC option
6. Click on PUBLISH

On Mobile: Open menu at the top left and click Find Object or click Find on the home button.
2.It can also be searched through the WORLD SEARCH ENGINE found on the website's homepage.
3.Choose the category of the object to search for: Smartphone, jewellery, technology, etc.
4.If you find the object you are looking for, contact the user through the CONTACT button or call the local authorities.
5.To contact another user, you will have to create a user account.
6.Negotiate with the user a return procedure through the chat.
Trobik is not responsible for organising the return of the item or collecting the rewards.

Trobik is not responsible for organising the return of the item or collecting the rewards.

The return of the item is organised directly between the owner and the person who found it, using for example the internal chat.

TROBIK is not involved in organising the return of the item or collecting the rewards.

1.Create your user account
2.Click on PUBLISH
3.Choose a Category
4.Fill in the Form
5.In the last VISIBILITY box, choose the PRIVATE option
6.Click on PUBLISH

1.Login to your user account
2.Click on the user area
3.Go to My Objects
4.Find the product file and click on EDIT
5.Modify the tab
6.Click on PUBLISH
